As you may already be aware, the Security Industry is under the spotlight; therefore Safe & Sound have a firm commitment to quality, for both the client it serves and the standard of service. To ensure that this is carried out at all times, a member of the Safe & Sound Management Team will visit the site on a regular basis, day or night, to uphold the service required.
Due to the nature of our business, Safe & Sound will always have a pool of staff already trained, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; to cover sickness and holiday periods.
Safe & Sound Security Division prides itself in the standard of Officers supplied to clients.
Our strong customer base consists of many Blue Chip Companies, together with Local Government, The National Trust and Avon & Somerset Constabulary.
Regular random supervisory visits are made to all our customers' premises, to assess things like the Officer's attitude, standard of dress and the condition in which he maintains his area of work. This helps us to maintain our already very high standard of service, which is done free of charge and also runs in line with our ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
All personnel will at all times fully observe the corporations, Health and Safety rules that are in force at that particular facility to which he or she is responsible.
All staff supplied are covered with Personal Injury Insurance. The client will also be covered with Employers Public, Efficacy and Contractual Liability Insurance.
All relevant personnel are licensedby the Security Industry Authority (SIA)
