Our Door Supervisors are all trained to the new Level 2 National Door Supervisor Certificate standard and are licensed through The SIA (Security Industry Authority). They are hand picked for their particular skills relating to the customer's particular requirements. They are provided with a variety of uniforms, which depends upon what is required by the customer.

A percentage of our Door Supervisors are trained and certificated to carry and use Police issue Hyatts Speedcuffs. Of course these would only be used as an absolute last resort and when arrest is necessary. They are carried in a holster under the Doorman's jacket and are not visible to the public.

We am sure that you are aware that work of this nature often attracts a thug element. The most important quality we look for in new candidates is the ability to smile and be friendly and polite. We have a good reputation with the local Police and the Doorsafe committee, in fact we are one of the very few agencies that Doorsafe recommend.
